ABOUT ORDER

I want to add an item to my order, it is too late?

The best thing to do is contact us ASAP and we will endeavor to merge your original order with a new order of the item in question (we will deduct any duplicate shipping charges if it possible to have them shipped together).

What do I do if I receive a faulty item in my order?

We take the utmost care in packing and shipping your products, although unfortunately some items can, on rare occasion, get damaged in the post. Please contact us immediately if your order has arrived damaged, making it clear whether you would like a refund or replacement.

Will you refund the shipping charges on my parcel?

Sorry we do not offer a free returns service. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

My payment is rejected at the checkout, but I know the issue is not with my card, what can I do?

Firstly, we would recommend clearing your cache and cookies and trying to order from a different browser. We would also recommend PayPal as a payment method if you are unable to use your credit card as normal.

RETURNS & SHIPPING

What is your return policy?

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

How long will it take to process my return?

Returns are usually processed within a few days of receiving the goods back. Refunds can take up to 1 week to show on your account; this is due to the time taken by some banks to process the payment. We will refund you by the same payment method used to make the original order.

How much does the shipping cost?

It depends on where you live and which shipping method you have choose. For further information, please contact us.

How can I change my shipping address?

If you input a wrong address, please reach out through chat or email as soon as you realize the address is incorrect and we will do our very best to get it updated! Please note that we try very hard to get your orders out the same day it is placed and as such, there will be times when we are unable to adjust the address.
