We provide 7 days regret period. If 7 days have gone by since you receive your products, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange unless it's eligible for the manufacturer's warranty program to return due to the craftsmanship defects.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
